V SKETCH SOLAR
Commercial & industrial solar EPC
Coordinate engineering, procurement and construction around your facility’s electricity demand, available installation area and operating schedule.
- Project focus
- Business and facility energy demand
- Delivery scope
- Engineering, procurement and construction
- Design basis
- Load profile and site assessment
Plan around the facility
Commercial and industrial projects begin with how the facility uses electricity. Daytime consumption, operating days, seasonal demand and available roof or ground area help shape the proposed plant. Storage can be assessed separately when backup or energy-management requirements justify it.
Assessment and engineering scope
- Review electricity bills, load data and supply details
- Survey usable area, shading, roof condition and access
- Coordinate structural review and mounting arrangements
- Develop the module layout, inverter configuration and electrical design
- Plan cable routes, protection, metering and monitoring
Procurement and execution
- Identify exact equipment, specifications and delivery responsibilities
- Coordinate mounting, electrical installation and site work
- Plan work around access, business operations and shutdown needs
- Complete agreed testing, commissioning and project documentation
- Coordinate applicable utility connection and approval steps
Commercial decisions
Review ownership, financing and project contracts alongside the technical proposal. A savings estimate should state generation assumptions, electricity tariff inputs and maintenance costs. Any CAPEX, finance or RESCO arrangement is confirmed for the individual project.
Handover and continuing support
Agree the operating information, warranties, monitoring access and maintenance responsibilities before commissioning. Periodic inspection, generation review and service coordination can be discussed as a separate or included scope.
